Q: What payment methods do you accept?

 

A: We currently accept PayPal for all purchases.

 

Q: How can I find the right size?

 

A: Please refer to the detailed Size Guide found on each product page. It includes measurements for Tops and Bottoms (S, M, L) to help you determine the best fit.

 

Q: Can I modify or change my order after placing it?

 

A: Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify the items, sizes, or quantities. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.


 

📦 Shipping & Delivery

 

 

Q: Where do you ship?

 

A: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

 

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

 

A: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

 

A: Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

 

A: No, we do not charge any sales tax on purchases made through our website.

 

Q: How can I cancel my order?

 

A: You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at info@dustybrim.com with your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Q: What is your return policy?

 

A: We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

 

A:

  • If the return is due to Buyer's Remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a Seller's Error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will provide a prepaid label and bear the cost of return shipping.

 

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

 

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
